My wife booked Albion to take my elderly parents back from Eastnor Castle to Hampshire following our daughter’s wedding the day before. We explained that they were both elderly and one had anxiety issues and Mark was extremely reassuring that he would look after them. He arrived promptly at the castle and my parents said what a good journey home it was for them. Unfortunately my father left his mobile in the car but having contacted Mark on the same day Mark arranged for it to be posted out to him by recorded delivery as soon as possible. Excellent service - can’t recommend highly enough.

I booked a taxi to pick me up from Birmingham Airport and take me to Hereford. Communication over email with Mark was outstanding from the beginning. His responses were extremely fast and detailed, which was very reassuring. We were in immediate contact by phone when I arrived in the UK and meeting him at the airport was easy and fast. He knew the route well and is a very nice man who is easy to talk to. He was happy to wear a face mask and offered to do so as soon as we met. I could not recommend Albion taxis and Mark more highly! I will be using his services again and recommending him to my family in Hereford.

I booked Albion Cars back in febuary ready for pick up in may from Derbyshire to Hereford. Mark turned up early which gave the kids and I time to gather our belongings and for mark to get them in the taxi. He was firendly and chatty which made the journey seem shorter. As we had just come from a wedding and quite tired and very thirsty, mark offered to find somewhere so we could get a drink/ bottle of water. My son decided that he needed the loo so Mark ended up waiting a little longer than expected. As i booked the taxi back in febuary Mark honoured the price we agreed on even though there had been an increase. Definitely recommend Albion Taxis. Friendly, on time and reasonably priced. Thank you
